No. Beginner and group courses start from scratch. The only requirements are being able to swim and a minimum age of 12. Only the advanced course requires some prior kite experience.

Yes — kite, board, wetsuit and safety gear are included in all courses. Bringing your own set? You get a per-day discount, itemised in the booking. Practicing without a course? Rent the complete set — per day: 65.00 €

Yes. In the course and package configurator you add each participant individually and choose a level per person — we assign matching instructors and groups.

Most beginners ride their first metres after 3–4 days. The beginner course covers kite control, body drag and water start — and your VDWS licence records every skill you master, level by level.

Yes — book a private 1:1 session for focused progress; video analysis is available on request. Ask your instructor at the base or write to us on WhatsApp.

30 % of the total price secures your spot. You pay the balance conveniently on site or online. All prices incl. VAT. From 2 modules in the combo package −10 %, with 3 −12 %, with all four −15 %.

The deposit is paid online by card. The balance is due on arrival — by card or in cash at the base, or online from your booking page whenever you like.

Yes — cancelling is free up to 14 days before arrival; after that a staggered fee applies (30 % within 14 days, 50 % within 7, 100 % within 3). Wind-guarantee reschedules of course sessions are always free.

Shop and equipment purchases need a quick sign-up so your orders and licence stay in one place. Your booking page itself works with the secure link from your confirmation — no password needed.

With our wind guarantee you can rebook sessions free of charge if the wind fails to show. The reliable kite season runs from May to October — the Mistral from the northwest builds up almost daily.

May to October. The thermal Mistral kicks in almost daily and is strongest in the afternoon; spring and autumn are quieter on the water and perfect for learning.

Shallow, sandy flats at the mouth of the Coghinas and a wide, empty beach — plenty of space to stand and start, so you learn faster and safer. The Maestrale blows side-onshore through the whole season.

The lagoon is shallow and free of obstacles, our instructors are IKO/VDWS-certified and safety gear is part of every course — beginners are never alone on the water.

The nearest airport is Alghero (AHO), about 50 minutes away. Our transfer picks you up — just share your flight number, and there is always room for kite gear. Airport transfer from: 35.00 €; daily spot shuttle: 10.00 €

Once your balance is settled you receive a personal door code on your booking page — arrive whenever suits you, no key handover needed.

A few minutes — both Apartment Meridiana and Casa Maestrale are right by the lagoon, and the daily spot shuttle connects base, beach and accommodation.

Of course — write to us on WhatsApp or reply to your booking confirmation. We check availability and extend your booking directly.

Yes — complete set incl. safety gear, per day: 65.00 €. For solo rental you need a valid kite licence — the VDWS Grundschein you can earn in our courses is exactly that.

Yes — our material shop sells checked used and new gear. Rent-to-buy: rental days for an item can be credited when you buy that same item.

You are welcome to! Course participants who bring their own set get a per-day discount, itemised per item in the booking. Storage and rinsing at the base included.

Normal wear is on us. For damage beyond that we charge a fair repair share — the deposit covers small things, and we always talk to you first.

Book your ticket online; at the event you order food & drinks live from your table via QR code — and pay online, in cash or with consumption vouchers.

Yes — choose your catering preference (veggie/vegan) when booking and the kitchen plans accordingly.

Groups of 8 or more get an automatic group discount on tickets. For private events and bigger plans, just write to us.

Digital QR vouchers bundled with some tickets — each redeemable once at the bar or grill. Your remaining vouchers are always visible on your booking page.

Everything lives on your booking page (link in your confirmation): payments and balance, self check-in code, calendar files, session recap photos and your digital VDWS card.

WhatsApp — we answer in German, Italian and English. You will find the chat button on every page, or use the contact form.

Yes please! Use “Share your photos” on your booking page — we review every upload and the best shots make it into the recap gallery.

At least VDWS level 3 (riding upwind and turning safely). Your level is stored in your profile — the catalog shows right away whether you are unlocked. Not there yet? A progression session gets you in.

The return shuttle is included — bus and gear trailer wait at the target beach, and you can add BBQ & drinks at the finish to the same booking. GO/NO-GO is decided on the event morning against the route's wind window; on a NO-GO you choose: free rebooking to the next date (add-ons move with you), credit, or a full refund.

5 days with 10 sessions in small level groups, full equipment, a BBQ evening and the final downwinder (from level 3). Accommodation can be added as a combo package — one booking, one deposit, one balance payment.
