Pick your disciplines — and give body, level and proof per discipline. Combinations are normal, e.g. IKO kite Level 2 + VDWS catamaran Level 3.

💡 Several licences in one discipline (e.g. IKO and VDWS for kite)? Enter the higher one and upload both proofs — we sort out the rest during review.
3 · Proofs

First aid is mandatory (max. 2 years old) — water rescue for VDWS Level 2/3. Max. 10 MB per file.

For VDWS Level 2/3 — otherwise optional.
